PRODUCTION TIME
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2-5 business 
days before your order ships.

SHIPPING TIME
After production, shipping times vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 3-7 business days
- European Union & United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

Total delivery time = production time (2-5 days) + shipping time above.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs 
processing, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our 
control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and 
order size.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a 
tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your country may charge customs fees, 
import duties, or taxes on arrival. These charges are the 
responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or 
shipping price. Please check your local customs regulations before 
ordering.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not 
responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete 
addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact 
us immediately at fleancpeco123@gmail.com — we can only make changes 
before the order enters production.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your 
package appears lost, contact us at fleancpeco123@gmail.com with your 
order number and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
