Want to track your order? You can find your shipping confirmation and order status right here. Every FLEANC order ships with full tracking, so you always know where your package is.

How to Track My Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website, such as UPS or DHL, to see real-time updates. The email arrives as soon as your item leaves production and enters transit.

If you placed multiple orders, each one gets its own confirmation. Check your inbox for separate emails. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few days.

Track My Order: Full Timeline

Every FLEANC shirt is made to order. This means production starts only after you place your order. Here's what to expect.

  • Production: 2 to 5 business days
  • Shipping to USA and Canada: 3 to 7 business days
  • Shipping to EU and UK: 5 to 10 business days
  • Shipping to the rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days

Total delivery time combines both production and shipping. Most orders arrive within one to three weeks, depending on your location.

Checking Your Order Status

Your status updates automatically as it moves through each stage. You'll see it change from processing, to production, to shipped. This gives you a clear picture without needing to ask us directly.

The tracking link in your email shows your live status from the carrier, along with full shipment history. This is the fastest way to see exactly where your package is at any moment.

What If Tracking Isn't Working?

Numbers can take 24 to 48 hours to activate after your order ships. If it shows no movement right away, this is normal. Check back the next day before assuming there's a problem.

If your tracking number still shows no updates after several days, something might be wrong. Contact us with your order number, and we'll investigate directly with the carrier on your behalf.

My Package Shows No Movement

Sometimes packages sit at a customs facility for international orders. This is common and usually resolves within a few days. Customs delays are outside our control, but they rarely cause major issues.

If your package shows no movement for more than a week, reach out to us. Include your order number so we can look into it quickly.

Shipping Address Errors

Double-check your shipping address before your order enters production. Once production starts, we cannot make changes to the address. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please review your information carefully to avoid this issue entirely.
