Return & Cancellation Policy
All items in our store are made to order — printed specifically for
you after you place your order. Because of this, the following
policies apply:

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled any time before the item is fulfilled (i.e.,
before it ships).
- To cancel, go to your order confirmation email or account page and
select "Cancel Order." Your request will be reviewed and confirmed.
- Once your order status changes to "Fulfilled," cancellation is no
longer available (size, color, or address changes included).
- Approved cancellations are refunded in full within 5-7 business days.
Please note: production on made-to-order items may begin shortly
after your order is placed, even before the order shows as "Fulfilled."
Request cancellation as soon as possible for the best chance of
stopping production in time.

RETURNS — Mistakes Only
Because every item is custom printed specifically for your order, we
do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection,
or personal preference. Please review our size guide carefully before
ordering, as size exchanges are not available.
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases, where the mistake
is on our end:
- Item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Clear printing/production error (misprint, wrong design, faded or
incorrect print)
Return window: 14 days from delivery
How to request a return:
Simply go to your order confirmation email or your account's order
status page and select "Request Return" — no need to email us first.
Select the reason and upload clear photos showing the issue, and we'll
review your request.
Return shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the issue is
confirmed to be our error, contact us at fleancpeco123@gmail.com — we will cover the
return shipping or issue a direct refund/replacement without requiring
the item to be shipped back.
Requests that do not clearly show a production or shipping error on
our part will not be approved.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTE
Since every item is custom printed to order, the EU 14-day right of
withdrawal does not apply to our products under Article 16(c) of the
EU Consumer Rights Directive (custom-made/personalized goods). The
14-day return window above is a voluntary policy we offer in addition
to your legal rights, strictly for confirmed errors on our part.
