When Will My Order Arrive?
Every shirt is printed on demand. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships. After that, shipping times vary by destination.
- USA and Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- EU and UK: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days
Total delivery time combines both production and these shipping times. Most orders arrive within one to three weeks. You can check your exact status on our Track My Order page once your item ships.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, order cancellation is possible before your order enters production. Once your item is fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Production often begins shortly after you place your order. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of stopping it in time. Our order cancellation window is short by design, since every item is custom made.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If the damage or misprint is our error, we fix it for free. There's no cost to you and no hassle involved.
We review every damage claim carefully. Most are resolved within a few days once we receive your photos and order details. This process is covered in detail in our return policy below.
Do You Accept Returns?
Our return policy only covers production errors. This includes damaged items, wrong items, or clear printing mistakes. We do not accept returns for size or personal preference.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept PayPal for all orders. Among the payment methods available worldwide, it's secure, widely trusted, and accepted in nearly every country. You don't need a PayPal account to use it. Most major debit and credit cards work through PayPal's guest checkout option, making our payment methods accessible to almost everyone.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 180 countries. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website for real-time updates. Visit our Track My Order page for more details on checking your shipment status.
What If I Entered the Wrong Address?
Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. We can only make changes before your order enters production. Once production starts, address changes are no longer possible.
Are Your Designs Officially Licensed?
No. FLEANC creates entirely original designs inspired by football culture and national pride. We are not affiliated with FIFA, any football federation, or any official tournament organizer. Every design on our site is made in-house, with no shortcuts taken.
